I think since Retail and the Town Hall are close together, having the Cafe and Police Station in that area would give it a really cute town-like setting. For the campsite, that little dip on the northern side of the river might be a nice spot, as you can fill it with trees and make it look like a little forested nook by the river. I'm also fond of campsites that are nestled to the far east on the southern side of the river, but mostly because I tend to make the southern portion of my towns look more forested. As for the house- as Fernweh said, having it to the far left would be nice because of the ocean (and it looks like there's lovely space for landscaping). I also kind of like the very top next to the Town Square. Not as much space, but there's no beach ramp in the way, and I just think the Mayor's house would look cute next to the Square n_n Alternatively, the Mayor's house would look good over by Retail/Town Hall. If you decided to put the Cafe and Station there, too, it'd really look like a sort of main town hub area c:
Bridges: Obvious. Campsite: Green. Mayor: Yellow. Cafe: Brown. Police Station: Grey.
What I would personally do. Perhaps switching the police station and the cafe. I have my mayor's house in similar position and adore it. And obviously, moving that bridge over like 3 places isn't life or death. xD

I agree with this as well since it would essentially create another "downtown" in your town by having the Cafe, police station, and town hall next to each other. The only things I would recommend changing would be: move the left bridge closer to your mayor's house so the bridges are better distributed for easy fishing.
