I can help you with something about fish or bugs. Just ask me about something.

Fish Tip : For me, I prefer using audio over visuals. The anticipation of a fish can be stressful so the audio can help me relax myself waiting.

Bug Tip : For dragonflies, don't swing your net wildly. The dragonfly can be stressed and go faster, the opposite of what you want. Instead, wait until they calm down so you can walk up and catch them. Try luring them out of bunches of trees as it is hard to see the bug.

That's what I do. When I fish, I use headphones because it makes it easier for me to catch the rare fish like sharks.

And for dragonflies like the banded tail, I walk instead of run unless I miss with the net and it's already getting away xc

If you use headphones you can also hear if a spider comes down from a tree from shaking it.

I remember originally it didn't make any noise and it was hard to spot or even know it was an insect you were seeing.

In AC GNC, when I shook the trees I remember seeing them and only once used a net, out of curiosity to see if my eyes were playing tricks on me or if that line was part of the game. And I caught the spider that way. xd

Another tip that works for me is searching near bodies of water, like lakes or ponds for bugs. I even plant some plants near to attract even more. That's how I caught the Petail Dragonfly.

Hmm, interesting. One thing I do for bagworms and spiders as well is to space trees evenly around the town to give them enough time to respawn.
