And about the void...

I had a full town and was giving a villager away to make room for one I'd been looking for. Got someone to ping & gave her away, putting me at 9 villagers. I don't get street passes so I thought I was safe from random move-ins (if you have 9 or more villagers, you'll only have move-outs), shut my game off.

I go to the next day and there's a plot for a villager who was recently voided by the person picking up the giveaway. x_x If I recall my googling correctly, there's a time span of two days where a voided villager may potentially move into a town that you visit where someone is moving out or there's available space. To clear that information from your game, you need to visit a full town to "clear the void[ed villager]" or allow two in-game days to pass.

Best offer at this time is by Hidden Owl, as I'll gladly wait as long as needed if it means I can get a dream villager!

For an offer to be considered from here on, it'd have to be either the bell buyout or one of the villagers listed ready to go. I'd prefer you have space available as I have ten villagers, but I'm flexible with time/space. I'd rather not have anyone void a villager to take in Bruce unless you are able to clear your void (I feel like a broken record with that)-- just visit someone with 10 villagers if you need to.
