i think i might have broken my 3ds. not beyond repair, i think the charging port has deattatched from the motherboard. it can apparantly be fixed at home, but im way too scared to do that kind of stuff. im afraid ill make it worse! ill swing buy gamestop tomorrow to see if its because of the port or because of my charging cable being broken.
have you guys ever broken a console, and have you repaired it yourself? how long have you had your consoles?

I had this trouble with my 1st 3DS. I just used the charging dock to charge it rather than the port. But I wouldn't attempt to fix it at home otherwise you could cause more damage than it originally had.
