There are 5 very special papers, the Snowman paper, the Halloween paper, the Museum paper, the Gallery paper and the Post Office paper. They appear to be gifted by villagers in return for an ordinary letter. I have now heard of several people that have been gifted one of these papers and because they did not realise how special they were, went and used them up. So, if you get gifted one of these and are not concerned about keeping it, PLEASE DON'T use it, hopefully there will be some item you want and you will be able to trade for that item on the forum market.

I am seeking any one of these papers and will willingly trade by giving you any item you desire if it is in my power to do so or by paying an unspecified number of bells.

Sometimes your neighbors will send you paper through the mail. Chow sent me some Lotus paper the other day as a gift. The papers she listed are ones that you can ONLY get if your neighbors gift them to you, or during holidays.

And, just like some special items you aren't able to order these papers from your catalog.

Hoping that this might save a few people from the error of using any of these papers, a mistake they might otherwise live to regret
