Brewster, when do you think that we will get him?

Yeah me too or i hope so too, it just very much makes sense for him ti be introduced during the winter time ( hopefully with a wider variety of drinks and or food items ) .
I see many people saying or speculating that he wont come anytime soon cause of the various events and NPC coming in the upcoming events, however, i feel there will always be seasonal events in the way and itll never be the right time to just add him alone.
On further note ! I guess due to covid more people are playing fulltime cause its a way to evade reality and a way to stay inside safe while at the same feeling you are outdoors so to say. What i am saying is 2020 has been horrible and 2021 wont have a stelar beginning either, so a treat from Nintendo would make player feel much better i guess .

Yeah you kinda feel they might want to give us something big at the end of 2020, they probably already had the updates planned out, but some nice big update at the end of the year would definately keep us tied over till 2021....plus the team probably deserves a break...so some time off over dec/jan.
I really hope it’s in the November update because it would just make sense to me to be able to carry around hot coffees during the late fall/winter. That would be so cute. And seeing the villagers drinking from mugs or take out cups lol omg

Oh that would be interesting. I think it would be cute if they added some dialogue about our villagers having an interest in another villager, but I kinda don’t think that will happen. But if it is possible, I think just adding new dialogue is fine since it won’t change the game much. I sure would love Punchy to express his secret interest in Kiki

I also wonder about the possibility of Katrina for a New Year's thing. That has a fate thing to it too.
While I really hope he is in the next update, I agree that he might not be added in until the jan/feb 2021 updates. It seems like Nintendo isn't rolling too many things out with each update, and the upcoming holiday ones are probably the only updates we'll get ):
I personally hope it's not in Nook's Cranny bc I mainly just want Nook's to upgrade to a larger space with more items like in previous games. I wouldn't mind Brewster being in the Museum, but I'd like a separate building since we currently don't have that many !

Would love Katrina to turn up, I'd hope for her as a weekly special NPC in the plaza to begin with. I also had this idea than rather than just be about luck, there could be a little mini game where you pull a random card and you are given a special effect for the day, either a perk or a curse.
So maybe you trip over with bad luck, or you meet a mysterious stranger, or you get better items from balloons, or other random stuff. Would be a nice way to add variety into your day
Love the Idea, its like in ACNL i miss going to katrina and not following her advise to get good luck and tripping every now and then every time i ran around the town, though it was pretty neat

I reckon she will come in some shape or form. We'll prob see most of the missing special characters over the next 2-3 years
...some might even have their younger siblings take over...like flick and c.j
I just feel Brewster brings soo much to our islands. It feels right to have him. He becomes a great addition to dailies or even if you only pop in once a week.
Our islands feel a little empty without some kind of coffee/restaurant social hotspot...so getting him sooner just makes future updates better..
Imagine all going for a midnight swim with friends over or playing some minigames before retiring to the roost for a evening brew

I'm hoping he gets added soon!! I would love to have him in his own building as I think it would be suprt cute to have a little shopping village set up where lief can also open a flower shop (I can dream) and you can hang out at the local cafe

Thinking about it now he will either come near the end of autumn so the end of November or around December for xmas during the winter cause that makes sense him showing up making hot drinks for everyone. I am from the southern hemisphere so for me it will be summer in game December
