1.) So, to start the part-time job at the cafe, you have to order coffee for 7 days in a row, today I got the option to buy a to-go cup, if I do will that count towards the 7 cups?

2.) Does it bother anyone else- as much as it does me when he tells me to drink and burn my character's mouth? Like "Don't let it cool" ..... Don't tell me what to do.

3.) I read once and now have seem to have forgotten, that you can get a villager's furniture on a certain day/week event, like a "flea market" I believe. By going to their house in that time frame and going to the piece of furniture you want and they'll sell you it. Does that exist? If so, when is it? (I know when they invite you over you can do that, but they don't sell me the things I want)

4.) Does anyone else get 9 gems from the bell rock occasionally?

Yes. It also counts to your one cup a day.

Meh, it doesn't bother me all that much, but stuff like coffee is better hot, in my opinion.

I don't believe the Flea market is in this game, but you can get their pictures on April Fools day.

Yes. The silver shovel gives you a chance of obtaining ores instead of bells.
Hope this helped!

For number 3, if you talk to villagers a lot they will invite you to their house either right that minute or later that day. When you're there, talk to the villager about 3 or 4 times and they'll ask you if you like something of theirs and say they'll sell it to you.

They won't sell everything, they seem to be very stubborn about not giving up any rare items(i.e. Merengue will never give me her Sweets furniture and Diana keeps her Mermaid Screen), and they also don't seem to want to let any bugs or fish go.

I think everyone has the other questions covered, so for #2 - if it were really me, I would definitely let it cool (well, if it were really me, I wouldn't be drinking coffee in the first place, can't stand it lol), but from past AC games, I know that it really offends Brewster if you don't scald yourself, so I've never picked the "let it cool" option.

Still makes me wince sometimes, watching my character down a whole cup of burning coffee in one gulp.

No. No one gets 9 ores from the Bell rock. The absolute most that you can get is 8 ores.

Right. Haha that's what I meant, I've never counted. But now that I've thought about it, I see. Haha,

For everyone else thank you!:) I like your guys' coffee stories :)
