The rewards are based on how many coffee orders you've successfully made, not how long you've been working or how many days in a row. ^^

If you want to earn the gyroids quickly, I recommend using the Thonky guide recommended by badcrumbs. ( ? ▽ ` )ﾉ
After you get a certain amount of orders correct, Brewster will give you various items and gyroids. The more you get correct and the faster you do it, the faster you'll get the gyroids u v u
