Brewster, Art Gallery, & more returning?

Nintendo is teasing the return of old features that were removed in this game with villagers mentioning features such as the coffee shop and art section of the museum. I always thought it was weird how Isabelle mentions adding more storefronts when you're trying to improve your town rating even though I already had everything built. Not to mention, when you're talking to Blathers he says "currently we accept fish, insects, and fossils" indicating there could be more to come and I always wondered why there was a set of stairs in the museum that leads to nowhere. Any thoughts?

That's really neat that Brewster was mentioned by name! I'd be all for updates (especially the cafe and collecting art, I miss them dearly) but a fear I do have is that nintendo will make it DLC... and if they do, that's really cheap move, making content from previous games blocked behind a paywall :/
