Breeding for IVs

Would you give me directions to breed eevees for good IVs? I have the destiny knot,and my eevee has the anticipation HA

Can someone tell me how anticipation is useful? Is it mostly for scouting? Adaptability sounds much better imo.

But anyway depends what eeveelution you are planning to get. Do you have a ditto from the safari?

Anyway look at this.

This is the full image btw. IV breeding is actually very simple thanks to the safari the hardest part is getting the Ditto's with the right IV's.

Anticipation itself is not so useful, but some of the Eevelutions make good use of their Hidden Abilities, such as Espeon.

Surely Magic Bounce Espeon is too predictable by now anyway?
