Well, I have never sold anyone before, and I'm not picky. She is in boxes today. Just strike an offer and I will probably say yes. I am guessing she isn't worth one mil, that's how nooby I am.

I don't see why people with good reputation (high wi-fi rating) would want to cheat a newcomer - especially out of a villager like Bree who is not even very popular in the first place. It doesn't make sense. Personally, I'd be more wary of someone with no wi-fi rating. This is why I found the OP's statement a tad bit rude. Also, if the OP has some potential price in mind, it'd be easier and more polite to just mention it.
