Bravely Default: Worth Starting over or just continue on?

I played this game up to Chapter 6, but the repetitiveness killed me and the fact I was having issues trying to break something. I decided to pick it up again and see if I could beat it but I have no idea what I'm doing now. I'm partially tempted to start over, but I have a feeling that the repetitive nature of this game will just kick in and bother me to the point where I stop playing.

Any suggestions?

Keep going.
It's repetitive and soul-rendingly bland for a couple of chapters, but it's more than made up for in the story a little later on. Use the repeat chapters as an opportunity to gain some levels, money, and job points.

That reminds me, I replayed it on Normal difficulty and stopped after I got to the ice fortress place. I should really pick it up again. xD
