Anyone a fan of the series? Bravely Second has just released in Japan! I'm hoping we get an E3 trailer for Bravely Second's localization.

As a treat, here's the NORMAL BATTLE MUSIC for Bravely Second! Up to your if you wanna listen to the rest of the OST.

Yeah. NORMAL Battle music.

We had a board up for bravely default, but it kinda died after a lot of us played through it x) I enjoyed it (except for the repetitive ending....sigh)

Super excited for Bravely Second though!! The music you linked sounds epic - glad to know that even though Revo isn't composing, supercell ryo still did a great job :B

I'm hoping for a localization announcement too - hopefully at e3?

What do you think the subtitle text means? :O like how in bravely default: where the fairy flies, the text becomes
airy lies

i read speculation that
more letters will fade in and it'll be "friend slayer" which makes me sorta sad 8( not really sure what else "end layer" could possibly be??

I tried the Demo for Default, but the enemies that where in the dungeon practically one- shotted me. Is the actual game this difficult?

The demo was generally a little difficult. The actual game isn't as bad, but it does take some sort of skill to not get wrecked.

The game will ease you in better (it explains things a lot better)

but yeah towards the end it gets pretty difficult :/
it's all about strategy and making sure your 4 characters have skills and support each other

The only thing that I really enjoyed about it were all the classes. Spiritmaster is OP. :) The story is repetitive and predictable.

Anyone who has played could have seen Airy' s hostility and eventual betrayal a mile away.

The battles got pretty bland as well once you have your team set up. I'll ask some people about the content of Bravely Second before making a decision to purchase it.

I really loved playing through Bravely Default. By listening to some of the music, then it seems like it's going to be much more of a serious game. Or it's just because the composer changed. Either way, I'm sure it's going to be a great game. I loved Bravely Default a lot, so when it comes out, I'm definitely going to get it.

I have no idea what's going on since it's Japanese.

bravely default was alright at the start, felt like it had a very strong beginning but then fell apart by the end. the second one doesn't look very interesting and tizs character design bothers me. but in the end i'll probably buy it when it comes out

I enjoyed Bravely Default, though I do agree with the others saying the ending was annoying. Repeating it once was ok, but THREE damn times?! That was stupid. Not to mention the final boss was a **** to me.

Aw, man...I haven't even finished Bravely Default. XD

I liked it, don't get me wrong...real life just sort of happened and interrupted my gameplay (I just got to the snowy land). Even got to a point where I didn't think I'd ever finish it, and went ahead and looked up the spoilers on the plot.
Turns out one of my two theories on Ringabel was correct.

I might go back and finish it; I have a love-hate relationship with RPGs. I love them for the story and characters, but I absolutely HATE the grinding needed to survive come the final battle.

Oh don't worry too much about the grinding part, once you get a certain class, and unlock a certain skill, the rest of the game will be a cake walk, quite honestly.
