Buying BORROW/BUYING Halloween collectible

Hello!

I need at least two halloween collectibles in order to be able to qualify for the Phantasmal Forum Fashions event!

Is it possible for me to borrow a collectible just for the duration of the Halloween event? I promise to send it back. Otherwise, I am willing to purchase a collectible.
