So for those of you who played older animal crossing games the method of getting blue roses was to stick purple roses and black roses together and wait for them to produce blue roses. Now this method no longer works and from what I understand you have to do the following:
step 1: plant one or more red and yellow roses together and wait x amount of days until they produce a orange rose.(they may also make a yellow/red rose instead)
step 2: plant two or more white roses together and wait x amount of days until they produce a purple rose.(they may also make a white rose instead)
step 3: plant one or more orange and purple roses together until they produce two red roses (may also make purple or orange roses)
step 4: plant both of the red roses gained from step 3 together and you may get any of the following Blue, red, yellow, orange, purple, white or black roses.
Note: step one and two can be done simultaneously.
