Absolutely. Under your profile avatar to the left of the message, you will see the number of "Bells" (aka TBT) you have. In order to send the TBTs to any member, click on Bells amount link under that member's message/avatar, you will be brought to the Donation screen, where you can specify the amount you want to send.
