blue pimkin hats and sabres

need help..lots of friends have blue pimkin hats and light sabres...and they say they are safe but i wont touch as i herd they bugger game up ...can anyone tell me what the problem is with these items ...thank you

You can't do anything stupid with em, they are completely safe.

Blue can't be sold, red sells for 250k
Can't be tossed in fountain, game thinks they are gold axes, the myth of some being made of regular axes is a lie.
