Buying Blue Argyle Tank, also several region-locked hats

Hello. I am Mayor Danny of Pi'illo, and I'm here to ask if anyone has any of the below items available to sell to me. A few of the items were released exclusively to Japan, which is why I held out on those ones in case Nintendo distributed them in a Nintendo Zone DLC this year. Of course, the Nintendo Zone Japanese DLCs have come to an end.

I'm willing to travel or open my gate, whichever you prefer. I'll add an extra 1,000 per delivery/pick-up and a full basket of perfect cherries.

EDIT: Just learned my price source was incorrect on the tank--which is, in fact, a nonpurchasable DLC--however, I'll still pay the aforementioned price to whomever has one to sell me. Knowing it can't be re-bought over the catalog just means I'm gonna hang onto it once I get it.

As for the hats...

Diver's Hood - OK, I've seen no indication this one's region-locked, but I've never seen it in Labelle's accessory corner in the past near-2.5 years I've been playing--I'll pay the 600 it's supposedly purchasable for

Flamenco Hat - European--costs 1,600
Girls' Day Updo - Japanese--costs 1,332; I'll round up to the nearest hundred and pay 1,400

Good luck with that quest. For that price you will most likely get no nibbles. I suggest you offer quite a bit more bells.

The lowest offer IMO is 99K for non-orderable DLC, but I have seen some folks ask 1 million bells for that special item.
