Blackthorn City.

I have Pokemon Soul Silver. And I have no idea how to get to Blackthorn city... I've already defeated Team Rocket in Goldenrod and the radio tower's back to normal. And on my map it shows Blackthorn and "ice path", so I flew to Mahognay town and walked down, and I don't see Blackthorn city... Also, I have no idea how to get through that dumb ice path.

Help?!

And where can I find the HM Waterfall?

HM Waterfall is in ice cave.
Go east of mahogany town, You'll go into the ice cave. The HM is i think near the entrance, you can't pass without getting it.
Plus, did you get the shiny gyarados?

Go through Route 44 to the Ice Path. You get Waterfall int he Ice Path

OK, well I don't think it was by the entrance. And, I can't figure out the whole skating on ice thing...

its not by the entrance. You get it after solving the "2nd skating puzzle". At least half of the Ice Path you can solve
