Buying Black Street Lamps

Please help me I'm trying to complete many parks and streets in my town, and for that I need many street lamps. However, I only have access to GREEN street lamps, so please if you have black street lamps I'd love to either buy them for IGB or NMT, or trade them for green street lamps if you'd like to.

Black isn't my nook color but I do have 13 black lamps sitting in my inventory.
I could take NMTs for them. I'm thinking 1 NMT for two street lamps?

If you want all of them, I can throw in the 13th for free.
