I just got 70 TBT because it was almost near my birthday. I've been hearing that it does work, but it doesn't work for others. Was I lucky, or did you fix the issue?
I think they are still glitchy. But I did get them last time when my birthday hit. But I wonder why they reduced it to 70 TBT rather than 100 TBT.
Hm I never got the Birthday Bells i was supposed to get.
I suppose it works randomly on people.

Happy birthday! It's mine too today. I did receive my 70 bells fine.
I also received 70 TBT the day before my birthday, so maybe most people get them and an unlucky few experience the glitch.
