Not to be a downer but 40 minute bumping intervals is a little quick. Birthday sets are pretty rare.

yeah, i rarely log on here, I am on ACC a lot, I have 191 ratings, and I've given out way more ratings than that xD whereas I'm on here with 10, so I'm still just adjusting. I feel like TBT is very helpful and you have more freedom, but I just don't log in a lot, maybe once in awhile. So I don't really know when it's appropriate to bump and sometimes I have a difficult time navigating this site. haha : )
