i personally adore bill more, if i'm honest. i had him once and i got oddly attached to him.

Although now that I think of it, Bill might go better with your particular villagers, who happen to be mainly brown and white.

I couldn't decide between the two when I started my duck town so I got both of 'em.They're both pretty mild as far as jocks go and I don't prefer one over the other but I also have Molly in my town and sometimes she hangs out with Bill and they kind of look like a ducky couple.

Really? I didn’t know that. You’d think people would like Bill more just cus he’s a very simple, cute villager. But, I don’t know what villagers are considered “holy grail” ones by the ACNL community, lol. I only know that Marshal is one of the most popular villagers. XD

Oh boy, that's tough. I look at it this way: I think of Bill as my little chocolate duck, Scoot is my special little guy with his safety helmet to keep him safe since he's so sporty! If chosen, I'd go with Scoot. But you cannot go wrong with either. They are both amazingly cute little jocks.

I have Scoot as an original in my first town, Applewin, which began August 17, 2013. Yes—it has been five years! Having him, along with fellow Applewin originals Jambette and Twiggy, remain gives my town a preserved history. I love that villager! That said…I think Bill is also a good villager. So, I don’t think you would go wrong making a decision.
