-An item is considered sold only when the potential buyer pays for and picks said item up.

I could care less if you buy stuff for immediate resell or to actually use it. You pay for it, you get to do whatever you want with it.
There isn't a max amount of items that each person can buy.
Please be patient with me if I don't respond, as I have a life outside of Animal Crossing, and will take the liberty of messaging you or responding to your post once I'm back online. However, if I notify you, and you're online and have yet to respond, then the item will be sold to someone else.
I'd prefer you come to my town (Regardless of if you plan to buy the item or trade for it), and I don't mind if you explore, but please don't run over my flowers. If you have any objections of coming to my town, I request that you PM me.
I'll be waiting next to the train station when you arrive.
P.S. Failure to read the above is held accountable on the buyer, as it is their responsibility (Not mine!) to read the fine print of a deal in order to understand all parts of the deal. In other words, I won't require you to say a certain word or phrase indicating that you have read this. If you pay a million bells for something because you didn't read the fine print, it's your loss.
