Big Beautiful Chicken Breasts

I like my breasts wet because wet chicken meat is better than dry chicken meat. I usually like them grilled, not fried. I can't really have many fried foods anymore. I prefer them chopped up in salads or added in soups.

I think my favorite use of chicken breast is in chicken alfredo. My second favorite is chicken and dumplings and for a recipe with a bigger focus on chicken, I'm torn between lemon pepper chicken and butter and herbs chicken. Idk I really like chicken lol.

i don't think there's a chicken recipe i don't enjoy, i love chicken so much it's delicious. i'm always a sucker for some really good fried chicken, but a good breaded chicken breast is always awesome too. i also love chicken biryani, chicken in pasta, and in chicken curry and butter chicken... idk there's so many ways to do chicken, they're almost like potatoes in the sense that they're so versatile.

I do love some chicken. I'm not eating as much meat these days but chicken will always be delicious. Obviously, I love chicken tenders, fried chicken, a good chicken sandwich. I like rotisserie chickens, chicken alfredo. I don't really like chicken breast on its own, I like it to be in something or fried - in general turned into something delicious.

I find cooking with chicken to be kind of gross, though. It's sort of slimey, difficult to cut into, and I worry about bacteria around my kitchen. Under cooking chicken also kind of freaks me out for the same reasons. Not trying to get salmonella here.
