Best way to locate an image online?

Dunno where to post this but I'm at my wit's end and could really use some advice.

So I have this one pic that I'm desperately trying to find. I had it saved on my old laptop (so I found it in 2013) but unfortunately that died along with everything on it, forcing me to Google like mad to find it again. I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO FIND IT. I've searched all the sites where it could show up and haven't found anything. Even if the original artist deleted the image/their gallery/whatev, it was a fandom piece that I know has been reposted all of everywhere, so I doubt that it's been erased from history. Even if so, I'd like to check for myself. I do have a photo of the image (lol) that I took, which seems really stupid but actually not so stupid now HA. I'm not going to post it or anything due to personal reasons, though. >.<

Is there a way I could like search Google with the photo and find results or somethin'? We live in the day of technology and everything so I figure I could do something like that. If not, WHAT CAN I DO??

I just spent over an hour squinting at my phone looking for it ugh. It's the last piece of the old laptop I'm trying to reclaim. ;-;

I can't guarantee good results since you took a picture of it, but it's worth a shot.

not sure if this is what you're asking, but if you upload your photo, you can then input that image location into google image searches and it should find the same or similar images in its search results.
