Normal - Maple probably, although I love several of them
Peppy - Bluebear possibly. Not massively keen on peppy
Snooty - easily Diana
Uchi - never really liked uchis. So just based on appearance I'd go with Phoebe
Jock - Genji

Oh boy. This'll be difficult.
Normal: I have both Coco and Fauna in my town and I'm sorry to say that Fauna is the victor. I love deer, even in real life. There are so many cute normals, though!
Peppy: Wendy by far.
Uchi: Between my two favorite uchis, Mira and Muffy, it'd have to be Muffy. I suppose I prefer the sheep.
Snooty: Ankha. Egypt is so fascinating to me, and she epitomizes that.
Smug: Zell! He has the same birthday as me.
Lazy: Erik. Once I get Papi in my town, things might change... I like his design more (sorry Erik).
Cranky: I love every cranky wolf, but Chief takes the cake. He almost looks like a fox, which is pretty cool!
Jock: Sorry Genji, but I'm starting to favor Rudy more!

Cranky: Static. I loved Chief before, but i've found a new interest in Static. He reminds me really really badly of the version of sonic from sonic underground.
Lazy: Joey. He's not in my town at the moment but he's always had some of the funniest dialogue.
Snooty: Portia. Not in my town because she was in the way of where I wanted to build something.
Uchi: Katt. She's too sweet for an uchi. I love her.
Smug: Marshal, he's always been a must-have before the game came out.
