Best selling items for TBT?

So I've been changing my town and letting go of some the villagers that I like but I feel it's time to attain my dreamies no matter how much thier house placements mess up my town design. My road block has been that I never have enough TBT to pay for them when available. So I thought I would sell some items to get the TBT I need. I know I can trade IGB for TBT but I don't want to let go of the IGB I have right now.

So if anyone has the inside track on what the best sellers are for TBT please let me know your thoughts. Any and all insight is valuable. Thank you

Unorderable DLC, but I guess you can't get it without buying it which kind of defeats the purpose. Museum art is very popular. Unorderable sets can sell for a lot, but you usually have to sell them out-of-season when people have a hard time getting them without TTing. Rare island items are also good. People are usually looking for silver axes and kitchen islands. Hybrids, bush starts, and cedar saplings are always in demand for people who want to quickly landscape their town.

Do you think you could maybe do a lot of posts helping people? Advice and what not.
I build my TBT up that way without even trying to....I don't notice it's gone up until I've finished chatting to people on here. I must have made about 700 by now but I spent some of my dreamies. Only have one dreamie remaining so it will just keep building up now.
It's much easier than selling your stuff and goes up very quickly from what I've seen of mine

You could do some dream town reviews. People love having their towns reviewed, and the more you do, the more tbt you'll get. Plus, you get to see all the awesome towns from people on here.

People like to buy unorderable items, full furniture sets (especially rare ones and expensive Gracie ones), silver axes and hybrids.

It's likely that the reason you are getting so many TBT for posting is because you have been getting "welcome bells" since you are a relatively new member (though you post so much that you are already considered a senior member). The welcome bells are large amounts of bells that users receive for reaching specific post counts, but you have probably already received all the welcome bells since you are above 500 posts now. You still get 2-10 TBT per post in most forums when you post, but the days of you getting 200 TBT all of the sudden are over so it takes a lot of posting to build up TBT.

uh cycling if u can do that or gardeninh stuff (cedar saplings and clovers especially). i have gotten most of my tbt from forum postinf but yyesh u can sell those items i guessss because many people want them
