Maddie is my favorite random move in
Marina is my favorite NMT find (one day decided to look and got her first try, I don't have set dreamies for ACNH but she's in my NL town so I thought I'd bring her into my NH town!!)
I haven't had a random move-in in NH since I did NMT but in NL I had Diana as a random move-in, Mira, and Tia as well so I got pretty lucky in my very first town!
Lolly! I wasn't expecting it honestly she's so adorable, one of my first 5 (only have 5 villagers atm tho) ahahahaha I also really liked Flora (another random move-in) but I significantly like Lolly more
My two random move-ins, Huck and Benedict, are actually two of my favorites! I'll probably let them move eventually, but I've already turned them both down once. They have a lot of personality.
It's interesting to me that I just don't end up "clicking" with some of the villagers as well, even ones I was initially excited for. I invited Dotty and Renee from mystery islands, but neither of them has quite meshed with my town and I'll let either of them move as soon as they ask. I was disappointed to see Huck in my campsite but he quickly won me over. Bubbles was another one I invited from a mystery island, but more on a whim; I like the hippos and I wanted to be done visiting islands. Now I adore her; she's the second most likely candidate for permanent residency.
Pekoe! She was one of my voided villagers but she was rlly cute and she gave me a cutting board DIY on the first day! I had to move her out though sadly because I already had two normal villagers before her and she wasn't one of my dreamies unfortunately.
audie! when i got the game, i didn't know that if i didn't adopt someone from the island, it would give me a random villager for my first three plots. when i checked the names, i saw audie and i screamed. she was one of my dreamies, and i didn't expect to get her so easily! she's been here since!
Out of all my random move ins (like 3), I was 100% happy with one. When I first built my 3 house start ups, I ended up with Marina and stitches! I didn't know a random villager would move in if you left it and I decided to look for more the day after but when I logged in the next day the spot was taken!! I didn't look up the villager because I didn't want to really hate on them before I spoke to them (the name was one I didn't recognise). Next time I met the villager which would remain with me to this day... and I don't think I can part with him: Cranston!
He asked if he could call me Burrito (just like stitches did) and his house has a cosy interior and he seems to become friends with everyone on the island no matter what! Plus seeing him up late at night with a sandwich or lifting some weights was always nice!
I really don't think I'd be able to ever part with him, even if offered to get some dreamies for free.
Peanut! She's one of my favorite villagers on my island. I love talking to her everyday and seeing what she's up to.
I'm really glad she was the peppy villager that moved into my island.
Coco and Cyd. Coco was one of my first 5 and the random normal personality move in. Didn’t expect to even like her so much but now I do. Cyd moved in after the first ever villager move out. I had no idea you can invite from the islands so my first 8 move ins was conpletely random.
