Best part of making a gingerbread house?

This is kind of a survey for research for my a level product design coursework so anyone that could vote would be a great help c:

Definitely building it, I rarely cook gingerbread, and when I do, I just do people. So for my "building" I just get the kits and add in my own candies and usually make better icing then what comes with them (the stuff they use isn't very strong and tastes awful usually) But I really enjoy decorating and putting together my house and I love especially doing it with my boyfriend and family cause then we get to see how everyone did theirs and help each other, it's a good time all around. =D

Gingerbread houses always fall off when my family does it. So we put the decorations on the parts we want to eat and eat it. And you can bake them?
