What are you looking for specifically? Mostly manga, mostly anime or anime figures? =)
I don't know if you use Ebay but I often use it for some stuff from Japan, there are plenty good Japanese sellers on there often without shipping costs.

I like J-List.com for figures and other anime or just general Japanese merchandise. I don't buy actual anime DVDs from them, though, because those prices are a bit high.

Warning: They carry a lot of adult NSFW merchandise too.

Seconding Ebay too. It's where I get basically all of my merch from. Just be careful of sellers selling fakes. Usually it's Chinese sellers. If the price is too good, there's a reason.

I love the stuff from here. There's an option in the setting to change it to English. All their stuff is pre order but there's some extras. And unfortunately, they don't restock after doing a collaboration. There's always ebay and sometimes you can find similar stuff on places like Aliexpress.

Top site for me is CDJapan, since it carries a lot of the music I like! Tokyo Otaku Mode is also ok. They always send a small clear folder bonus. I never use the folder but I always appreciate receiving a bonus gift.
