Giveaway Bertha the Hippo is in boxes today!

This is my first villager to leave, so I would appreciate some guidance.
I'm just hoping she finds a good town. I could use a few bells to pay off my home (300k away! ), but she's a great neighbor and I don't mind passing her on.

EDIT: I should note that I have traded items with Bertha before, so I'm not sure how her room will look. Does that change when she goes to a new town?
