You get 2 bells for every post or by selling sigs and stuff in the Forum Store. Or you can win them in Projrect Sunlight.

You start with 850 and get 2 for each post. If you go to the board called TBT Forum Store, there is where you can buy and sell things with Bells. (sigs, ranks, services, anything)
