I heard if you're a jerk in acnl and you decide to reset your town, Isabelle will have a delayed reaction. Is this true? If so, is there a video showing this?

I know what you mean by this. This isn't actually just about being a jerk in New Leaf, but not treating the town right as a whole. I just deleted my second save (for the fourth time) after abandoning it for nearly a year, resulting in weeds everywhere and flowers wilted away and my village just being abandoned, so Isabelle gave me two tries at deciding if I want to delete my town or not. Hope that helps

They're talking about the TV Tropes comment, though. It's a little badly phrased, so I can see how it could be read that way.
