I've never seen tier 1 characters go for more than 300 tbt, and I frequently see them get given away for free - anybody who's vaguely experienced on this forum probably wouldn't pay that

Fang is tier 1, and the changed shirt minused the 50tbt - also, I bought him for 300tbt, so I went to sell him for a similar price - oh and guess what, couldn't sell him!
