Im expecting about 90-100 TBT for him or more( since he's a tier 1), depends on what you're willing to give for him.
I'd prefer getting him out as soon as possible.

I'd love to have Beau in my town~! I'm willing to pay 90 TBT for him, and will add a full basket of perfect peaches with that =) But that's just out of courtesy.

I might have to add that I have recently voided 2 villagers, Mallary and Alfonso. I've sometimes experienced receiving a voided villager after adopting someone out, so I thought it's worth mentioning before you get an unwanted villager.
