I would like to start by saying in no way is this a fresh copy of Beau's house. He was well loved and I've hoarded him for long enough. I have found lazy villagers destroy their houses quicker and worse then any other. With that said if you would like me to order you the tree standee and a few of the other standee's I can do that after you pick him up.

The Auction is only on BTF! =)

It's because people want to pay as little as possible i think
I don't really understand it either, but a high starting price tends to put people off i think

I was also going to suggest lowering the starting bid. Beau will absolutely go for beyond 5 million. But, a lower starting bid and getting the ball rolling by having people bid up always results in a higher final amount then just starting high. I have no idea why. But just my 2 cents from auctioning, both selling and buying, villagers... And decades of ebaying experience.

Price lowered thank you for the advice; I did take it. Lol I just don't get it though one person bids 1 mill the next bid is usually like 5 mil from what I've seen.
