I've seen them go for 99k and I've seen them go for over a mil. I tend to look at community wide selling trends over auction results, simply because auctions tend to boil down to 2 over-excited people who want something so badly that they become reckless with their bells, paying much more than the item's actual value, while shop and haggling prices observed over time tend to provide a more accurate snapshot of what most people will pay for.
