Well, no duh, but what IS it? Why's it called, "Bean day"?

They throw beans to chase away monsters, and bring in happiness, they also eat some sort of sushi, if they eat the same ammount of sushi as they're age, it will bring good luck.

In Japan, it's called Setsubun.
