You buy them using TBT in the collectible shop, clicking the shop and looking on the left hand side will show a bunch of options. One of them is inventory, clicking this will bring you to a list of everything you own. If you do not own any you can go back to the shop and click the second tab, that will bring you to the Collectibles page and once you own some they will be displayed under your 3ds FC
