I've been in one of those periods where I don't get much work done... for the last two weeks. Anyway, I'll be gone for two days, but when I'm back I will start work one some projects again and hopefully have a few new things up this upcoming week.

Small staff can be a good thing. In fact, TBT was reviewed a bit ago and the small staff was something that impressed the reviewer. Usually boards our size have way too many staff.
