omg i didn't think he'd win,... but i noticed his popularity spiked up recently. so many viral tweets about him or even twitter accounts dedicated for him (and other lazies too tho)

I JUST got Punchy from a trade yesterday (ironic since it was his birthday lol) and i love him to death!!

I've never had Punchy, but he has a derpy looking face and he seems like he'd make some entertaining facial expressions, so I definitely want him some day. The hooded eyes and his smile makes for a great design. I have Moe and he's pretty cool, too. And Bob is an iconic Animal Crossing villager, so no disrespect to him either.

his hooded eyes and smile make him an ultimate lazy villager imo, the facial expressions he does kills me. that's what makes him so loveable. the new expressions from ACNH even makes it greater.
