I almost went nocturnal before and I found it really interesting 0.0
It was mainly due to me having lots of sleeping issues and me not falling asleep until 2-3 AM, which really threw out my sleeping schedule

I'm up at 4:10 am and have to be up at 8 so I can be ready to work at 9 am. Just got off a call with my ex he did some asmr and aaaa it made me tireddd his voice is so..relaxingMake that 10am. After 17hrs sleep I can say I am well and truly well-rested.
