Bank or Lottery?

I remember placing most of my TBT bells into the bank, and I have no idea where to access the bank itself anymore and I'm planning to buy stuff D:

Click on the "Shop" option. On the side panel click on ABD. You should see where you can deposit and withdraw funds there. :3
