Balloon popping question

So, if I pop a balloon preset while its surrounded by paths it will disappear. But will it count to the badge?

It will try to bounce off the path but if it doesn't have a clear place to go, within one space, then it will disappear.

Yes. As long as you pop it, it doesn't matter what happens to the present.

*crying* I popped one over a path and it bounced into the river. =[ But yes, it just counts the shooting the balloon.

Yeaa my town is full of stuff like bushes/flowers/paths and when I pop balloons it just disappears cuz there's no room for present box.. but I still got the badge c: sometimes I do it on purpose (drop it in the river or where there's no room) cuz I'm not really fan of the balloon series and I just want the badge >.<
