When is he supposed to come to your town??
every time its sunny i go down to the city, but he's never ever there.
frankly i dont get it at all.

I am pretty sure he comes to the city just by chance during the day and someday he will be there. I had the game for three weeks until he finally showed up in the city for me, and now he has been there for the last 3 days! Just keep checking everyday and he will soon be there.
