I have the "flowers don't wilt" ordinance and I have a ton of flowers that Need going. Most are common but I saw a couple random chance hybrids. The flowers that are NOT free are the ones around the train station (it's obvious when you see them, many blacks and other rares there). Anything else you find, you keep. Catch is, YOU have to come and pick them yourself. I wouldn't mind if you dug up holes too.
Oh, and please don't grab any of the items laying around either. Please PM me if this interests you. Not many trades going on tonight so I would like this done tonight. Basically, I am lazy, and this may help someone out that wants a bunch of flowers for their town.
