back to regularly playing (i think!)

hiii everyone c:. this is probably the correct thread to address this in but if it isn't, feel free to move this!
i always leave ac and then come back to play a few months later. i think i never stick around because ive never really found friends to play with or talk to. but anyways, its the school year again! i never play ac in the summer because im always out and about but im back to being cooped inside so i want to start playing my games again! ^o^
anyways...when you come back for an animal crossing break, how do you pick it back up? and whats the easiest way to make friends on here? i feel like ive been on the site for a little over a year and i always lurk and plenty of people are friends but ive never really talked to anyone.

i've never stopped playing for a long time in acnl, but in city folk I only played during the summer.

i think the easiest way to get back into it is to find stuff to do!! like, maybe landscape your town, decorate your house, get villagers you like etc.

easy ways to get friends i guess would be to look around in the train station for people who wouold like to play with other people?? idk i've never tried it, but i think going to someone else's town to just hang out a little would be a good start to makign friends :>

I would say the easiest way to get back into AC is pretty much find what you want to do in town first.

I think upgrading your house should be the first step that way you can unlock the island and all that cool stuff to fish for bells.I would also landscape,try to plant perfect fruit,get public works projects etc etc.

Finding friends to play with well the train station froum could be start or join a TBT skype group,also irc chat or linechat.
