If you would like to continue to reserve the villager, it will be another 35 BTB and the second time it will only be for 24 hours. If you're okay with someone else possibly getting that villager once the two days is up, you don't have to pay another 35 BTB, but someone else might get them.

But notice that once the 48 hours is up, the next time I'm online, I will post that the villager is up for anyone to take. You may however send the second reservation fee if I'm offline, the 48 hours is up or soon to be up, and you would still like to have the villager reserved. (The person who reserved Whitney did so when I was offline and just sent me the reservation fee and said what it was for.)

I have sent Melissa-Crossing a PM about reserving Tom. I misread that they were unsure about how long it would take to get Octavian out, much less adopted, thus not asking for a reservation fee. Until she responds or until I receive the reservation fee, Tom is reserved for her. However, her 48 hour reservation time will start once I receive the 35 BTB since it was my misunderstanding.

However, if Melissa-Crossing does not at least respond within 24 hours, her reservation will expire and Tom will be available for anyone who can afford to take him.

Another update - I'm going to think of decent times to wait for villagers to be adopted if they're not reserved, so be looking out for that. I'll put it in the fp and post when it's done.
