A lot of these rare items, are items that I currently have. And I wouldn't sell any of them for the prices you listed. They are a little too low. Ogre masks, certain gold items, the ABD, and the town hall/museum models should easily exceed more than 1 million. These items are not orderable at all, and can sometimes only be acquired once. Their price should be high.
But overall, it is a good guide. Very useful.

pikmin isnt 800k blue falcon isn't 500k...

you get them the same way you get a metroid, except they're harder to get.

gold rose isn't 150k, its more like 50k.
